It is no problem. It is super easy. I hope you know how to get through the flights and everything. Ask your parents if you don't. Take a hand carry bag for your flight. A hand carry bag is a bag where you put stuff you can use on the plane. It is very light so don't put clothes and stuff in there. For the flight just take an ipod or something. To keep you entertained it is super easy.

Well, bring a book, or a gameboy or something like that. Flights aren't that bad. There will be a time where you cant use electronics while you take off and when you land, but while you are flying you can use them. As for how it feels, well, the flight might be a little shaky, but don't worry about it. Really. Don't freak out over little turbulence, and what that feels like... have you ever been down a dirt road in a car, where its bumpy. Well, kinda like that. Don't bring large amounts of liquid, because they will make you throw it away at the security check point. On a note with this. If you have a laptop, it must go in a separate container to be scanned, but they will explain all of that right there for you. Flying isn't all that bad, I promise. I fly a lot thanks to college being a good distance away. Just don't stress out too much, if you stress it will make it seem worse then it is.

Dont be scared at all!! Your still a minor, so I believe the flight attedents know your travelling alone and will help you! You might even have people escort you from the plane to the gate until your with the people in Denver. It's actually a lot of fun! I love flying alone =) Bring your ipod and a book and some snacks for the flight in a carry on. When I flew alone, I got to sit in the front, so you get off first! Really, it's nothing, especially if you have flown before. Some planes even have TV's that will keep you busy. Because your young, nobody will give you any trouble.. it will be quick and easy. Don't worry or else it will make more nervous and you'll make yourself crazy. If your on the plane and you start to get nervous or sick, just breathe through your nose and close your eyes, chances are you'll fall alseep and wake up in Denver! You'll be fine! Trust me!

Even if you are nervous it doesnt matter it's nothing to be scared about or anything, especially since ur flight is so short. Getting on a plane tomoro to fly FROM colorado to florida 2nd time bymyself

Its really not that hard. Your parents can walk you to the gate. First, you check in. Then you follow the signs to security. In Security, you take off your shoes, Your jacket (if you have one) and you put that in a bin. You also put any metal things (suck as watches and belts) into a bin. Also put any bags in a bin. They have you walk through a metal detector, (which is like 1 second) then you grab your stuff. On the plane you might want to bring a jacket because sometimes it gets cold. Also do not over pack, it is difficult to carry a lot of luggage. No matter how long, the plane trips can get really boring. Bring a book or something on the plane with you. Flying is fun and easy. Remember you can ask security guards, flight attendance, and staff any questions. Good Luck!!

We're going to disneyland for the first time.... I have?
no clue as to how even start planning anything. I need suggestions for good deals. We are planning to fly. From San Antonio TX.to ? I'm not even really sure to where in California. But any suggestion as to Hotels, flights, car rentals would be appreciated.Least expensive months to go, prefer when kids are not in school. Best places to visit besides Disneyland? Looking for good deals, not too expensive. Would like to have a little bit of money to spend over there.

look at Disney's web site, there should be a thing called "City Pass" it's a good deal. It gives you admission to several different amusement parks and zoos in California.

NBA Playoffs and Championship Series 2007

NBA Playoffs and Championship Series 2007?
This is "sort of" related to my question- mostly,it involves travel planning. When are the NBA Playoffs and Championship games? I ask this because my family is planning a reunion in the San Antonio area around playoff time. We will be booking flights and hotels shortly. I know the Spurs are fairly good and may likely end up in the playoffs. So,I want to know about when they start... so we can be prepared! We won't go to the games (tickest cost too much). We want to know if we will be sharing our reunion with happy, rowdy fans!

the playoffs usually start in April

hm.. well the season ends in june so im guessing its about april when it starts because the all star game is the middle of the season, so im thinking in march is where the "it dont matter to your record games" will be played because those teams wont be making da playoffs

Southwest Airlines or US Airways

Southwest Airlines or US Airways?
I'm flying from San Antonio, TX to Phoenix, AZ. I've flown Southwest before but not US Airways. I've heard some people say never fly US Airways and others never have a problem. It's only a two hour flight but about $40 more if I fly on Soutwest. Any Suggestions?

I like Southwest better than than US airlines

I flew US Airways once just to save money. Never again. Most flights I've been on are quiet and rather enjoyable. Not this one. It was the stereotypical flight you see in commercials where there were screaming kids and people talking almost to the point of screaming. It was the same on the flight back. I didn't realize a few bucks made that much of a difference.

You might want to have a look at these reviews of both airlines before considering: -US Airways: http://www.airlinequality.com/Forum/us_air.htm -Southwest: http://www.airlinequality.com/Forum/sth_west.htm The other answers you have probably have the same opinions about both airlines as the ones in the forum.

um....SOUTHWEST!!! RUN FAR, FAR away from USAirways, and don't look back!!!
5 :
SOUTHE WEST FOR SURE, FOR US AIRWAYS I WILL LIST THE CONS: UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS ALMOST ALWAYS DELAYED OR CANCELED ALMOST ALWAYS LOSE BAGGAGE NO FREE FOOD ABOUT TO ME NO FREE DRINKS EVEN ON 5 HOUR FLIGHTS HORRIBLE INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS ABOUT TO BE ONLY DISCOUNTS FOR FREQUENT FLYERS- NOT FREE FLIGHTS CHARGES FOR ALMOST ALL BAGS SO MUCH NO FEET ROOM NOW THE PROS FOR THE US AIRWAYS NOTHING SOUTHWEST IS THE EXCACT OPPOSITE OF US AIRWAYS AND ESPECIALLY A BETTER VALUE RO QUALITY TO PRICE
6 :
Southwest. Definitely Southwest. Don't go near US Airways. Every single time I flew US Airways, I've had some type of problem. The only thing I've had to deal with on Southwest is delays due to weather, which is obviously something they can't help.
7 :
I would take Southwest. US Airways has a high rate of mishandled baggage. They are also charging passengers $15 to check-in the first bag while Southwest does not charge until the 3rd bag. US Airways has gotten rid of the free pretzels and drinks. Now they will charge you $2 for a can of soda.

My boyfriend has a brother that lives in Dallas and works for Southwest Airlines, and a brother that lives in Germany and worked for US Airways. His brother that works for Southwest loves his airline, and flies it as much as possible. The brother that worked for US Airways didn't even want to fly the airline, and two years ago said that US Airways was making too many budget cuts and he thought they were going to go under. Obviously they haven't gone under, but it is a little harder to trust flying an airline that their employee wouldn't even fly. I have personal experience with southwest and would definitely recommend it over any other airline. They have a great staff, great rates, and worry-free flights. They don't have first class, so no one is treated any better than anyone else. They have a great snack pack and they are advertising their "no hidden fees" campaign. We flew them in March with the kids, and the flight attendants were so great. It seemed like every 10 minutes they were bringing the kids snacks like pretzels peanuts and juice to keep them occupied. They talked to them a lot and the flight was smooth and no hassle at all.

To fly exclusively with Southwest, I'd pay $50-60 more. For numerous reasons, but especially because Southwest has one of the best overall Customer Service records. Truly, I can't put a pricetag on the value of great customer service!
