What do I need for a cross-country flight

What do I need for a cross-country flight?
Okay, so I booked my ticket for Minneapolis, MN, coming from San Antonio, TX. So, I need to know what to bring, and their regulations for carry on luggage. -Will I need my passport since it's still within the country? -What is my boarding pass? Is that my ticket to get in, or will I get it when I arrive, or what? -Anything else I may need to bring? -Plus it says they allow 22"x14"x9" for carry on, but next to it says 1/Passenger, so even if I have 2 objects that are within those limits, I can only take one on board with me? What if one's a backpack? Briefcase? -What do I do when I transfer planes?

You don't even need your ticket it's all electronic...right? Yes you can bring both bags. When you transfer what do you do? What kind of question is that? Just follow the signs. You only need a photo Id like a drivers license or a passport.

You need your ticket dont listen to her you wont be able to get on your plane lol. You dont need your passport but some people use that as ID but if you have a drivers liscense from id then dont bring your passport. Your boarding pass is your ticket, you have to go to the terminal that it says your flight is and give it to them as you walk in. You should bring like a portable dvd player or books because flights are really boring. If you just have a small suitcase and a backpack they will not give you a problem to get one the plane. When you transfer planes there is usually a time period so you can just go get food and sit and relax by your terminal but don't fall asleep and miss your flight:]. Have fun on your trip. Hope this helped.
